ChallengeWorks' mission is to provide quality action-based experiences through which individuals and groups can make personal discoveries and acquire skills for increased interpersonal effectiveness.
All ChallengeWorks programs use the framework

| Multi-Day Teamwork Academies:
It takes a lot of time and effort to create and sustain a great team. In a Teamwork Academy, your group will spend two to six days to discover new levels of effectiveness. The multi-day format allows time for groups to develop the bonds and practice the behaviors that inspire creative, sustained teamwork. We work closely with you to custom design experiences for maximum long-term impact. These can include a variety of outdoor activities to include:

A ChallengeWorks program can be facilitated in a variety of locations depending upon your interests and goals. We can come to your site or you can come to ours. Our facilities include an outdoor challenge course that is one of the best in the nation, and we have multiple indoor options as well.
